Are there any pads more heavy duty than the Overnights? I am using 3-4 overnight pads in a night, and have to sleep on towels still. Is there a heavier pad available?

I have Polycystic ovarian syndrome, and my periods come on so heavy and fast they do not let up. And the overnight pads barely cope. I go through at least a 5 overnights a day.

Mother of a 6 month old and have been experiencing LBL the last week or two. Other then Pelvic Floor exercises what can I do?

I almost constantly feel damp but very rarely feel it happening. I had my first child 6 months ago but haven't had any issues until now. I won't lie, my diet as of the last 2-3 months has been fairly poor and I would only intake 2-3 glasses of fluid a day (never water). Since it has started up I have improved my diet and started drinking water (0.6L-1.2L a day) but it has not improved at all... seems to have gotten a little worse. Is there anything else I can do? And should I speak to a GP?
