Try Poise Extra Plus or Poise Overnight Pads. You can find Poise Extra Plus in all major supermarkets and Pharmacy stores. Poise Overnight you can find in Coles and Pharmacy.

Leeanne .i like wearing poise extra pluss when i have my periods .i dont like tampons poise extra pluss works well for me .and i feel safe wearing them.
