Hello Alayne,
Sounds like you're experiencing one of the following:
A some retention of urine thus leading to leakage or B, poor pelvic floor tension thus leading to light bladder leakage or LBL.

Either way Aleyna best bet would be to see either a GP for an assessment who then can refer you on to a continence advisor for Pelvis Floor Training or perhaps or Bladder training based on your diagnosis.
